Our audit philosophy is that your documents inform the CAA or IATA on how you will run your business. And so our procedure is to audit you to your documents and practices, so that we can measure your conformance to EASA, IOSA or ISAGO standards.
During the audit process we keep the auditee and its Manager informed at every step of auditing process. If we find a non-conformance, we will issue a non-conformance. If we see something that could become a non-conformance over time we will raise this as an observation. All this will result a report delivered to Process Owner and Compliance/Quality manager and will take place at the Final Report. At the end of our audits, we always share each and every finding to gain feedback and agreement.
